About Me

I build websites for nice people. Squishy, awkwardly long bear hugs are my superpower. I wave like Forrest Gump. I have excellent taste in absurd coffee mugs. I live in Buffalo’s Elmwood Village with a hound who’s convinced that she’s the star of my video calls. And isn’t she, really?

When I’m not building client websites, consulting, or teaching, you can find me with both feet firmly in the analog. I geek out about cycling, yoga, reading, native gardening, travel, and sci-fi. Oh, and if you need a teammate for Star Trek trivia night? I’ve got you covered. Live long and prosper, darling.

Here’s how I give back.

It’s all about helping other women succeed. As Madeline Albright once said, “there’s a special place in hell for women who don’t help each other.”

  • Build for Her

More than 98% of my clients are woman small business owners or non-profit leaders throughout Western New York.

  • Advocate for Her

I’m a committee member for the WNY Women’s Foundation and a sponsor of its annual Women’s Leadership Summit.

  • Fund Her

I’m the volunteer web manager for Fifty Fabulous Women, an all-woman giving circle that supports women and girls.

  • Support Her

I donate a portion of my profits to a woman-focused non-profit in Western New York. To date, I’ve donated almost $2,500.

  • Refer to Her

I refer my clients to talented woman solopreneurs who work in photography, graphic design, marketing, events, and writing.

  • Mentor Her

I mentor several women who are in the early stages of their marketing career or who have recently launched their own business.

Take advantage of my experience

I’m a Squarespace Circle Platinum member, which means I have proven experience using the Squarespace platform. Curious about my career?

Before I promoted myself to CEO, I worked in journalism, health care, higher education, advertising, tech, and advocacy. I was the first person in my family to go to college. In 2020, I earned a graduate certificate from Harvard in Marketing Management and Digital Strategy. If you have a burning desire to learn more, or if you want to read occasional but super witty posts, find me on LinkedIn. Yeah, LinkedIn. It’s where the nerds hang out.
