The Champion Project
The Champion Project is a nonprofit in West Seneca, New York that works to give all kids access to low cost, high quality sports programming. They strive to eliminate barriers to participation and help kids build character through sport. Their web presence was a crowded page on someone else’s website. They needed a website of their own, and I was proud to give it to them!
Ralph C. Sheldon Foundation
The Ralph C. Sheldon Foundation is one of the largest foundations in Chautauqua County, New York. Founded in 1948, the Foundation gave away just $300 in its first year. Today, they grant between $1.7 and $2.2 million every year and have awarded more than $59 million to advance the physical, educational, and cultural well-being of the people in southern Chautauqua County.
This one was near and dear to my heart! I grew up in Chautauqua County and worked at organizations there for several years. It was such a pleasure to work with them and give them the web presence they deserve!
Good Neighbors Compost
Good Neighbors Compost is a startup in Buffalo, New York that offers a monthly subscription for compost drop-off. I met owner Jeana Franjoine at Little Salmon, the zero-waste shop in Buffalo’s Elmwood Village, and just adore her. Good Neighbors Compost was a natural extension of her passion for composting! She needed a beautiful website that she could easily manage and update herself as her business grows.
Maria Kahn Guided Mindfulness
Maria Kahn is a deeply experienced mindfulness coach whose work draws on her own practice—one that afforded her balance, stability, and stress-relief when she needed them most. She had designed her own website on WIX many years ago, but was ready to elevate her online presence, leverage her new branding, and begin booking corporate clients. I was proud to give her the web presence she deserved.
Heather Bellini Photography
Heather Bellini is Buffalo’s most well-known, trusted professional photographer. From corporate headshots to events, weddings, engagements, family photos, and more, she’s photographed thousands of people across the region. But her old WordPress website was outdated, off-brand, and there was no-one to maintain it. I migrated her website to Squarespace so she could take ownership of her site—without knowing how to code.
Jamestown Community Learning Council
Jamestown Community Learning Council is an award-winning nonprofit that helps young children throughout Chautauqua County, NY become better learners by making home visits and working with them, their parents, and their schools. When they lost their website thanks to someone else’s server switcheroo, I was happy to make sure they got the web presence they deserved.
Greater Olean Area Chamber of Commerce
Since 1906, the Greater Olean Area Chamber of Commerce has been the leading business organization in the greater Olean area.
But the organization’s website didn’t match its stature. An outdated design was the least of its problems. The site was difficult to navigate and even harder for the Chamber’s small team to update. Worse, the site wasn’t mobile-responsive, a deficiency that not only reduced its visibility on search engines but made it difficult for visitors to find the information they needed while on-the-go. I made sure they got the presence they deserved.
Food Focused Nutrition
Jane Calvert is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist leveraging the power of food and cooking to build a well-nourished community. As a visible transgender and non-binary business owner, Jane is committed to protecting safe spaces for all gender expressions, ability levels, and family styles. I was proud to give them and their important work the web presence they deserve.
GolfDojo
GolfDojo is a new indoor golf facility here in Buffalo, New York. Owners Max Grundy and Tom Coppola needed a website to help them launch their startup. They wanted to tell customers about their services and let them buy memberships and book appointments through their website using a third-party scheduling platform called uSchedule. But more than anything, Max and Tom wanted a website they would be able to update themselves—without knowing how to code. I was proud to give them the web presence they deserve.
Ellicottville Indoor Golf Studio
Ellicottville Indoor Golf Studio is a new indoor golf facility in Ellicottville, New York. Owner Jake Northrup wanted a simple website that would tell visitors about the benefits of TrackMan technology, outline all of the membership and lesson packages he offers, and let them book times and buy membership online. Oh—and he wanted to be able to update his own website, too. It was a pleasure to make it all happen for him!
BFS Apparel
Madeline Hall—also known as the Buffalo Food Slut—is on a mission to help people improve their relationship with food and their bodies. When Madeline reached out to me, she’d long been selling apparel via her Instagram profile, where she’d built an audience of more than 5,000 hyper-engaged followers. The question everyone asked? “Do you have a website?” She figured it was time to launch a proper e-commerce website and a blog so she could spotlight all of the things that mattered most. I was proud to give her the web presence she deserved.
Julie Himelein
Julie Himelein is a Contemporary American artist with an abstract-impressionistic style. She needed a website as beautiful as her paintings, complete with an e-commerce storefront so she could sell her work to art collectors across the country. She also wanted a simple website, with large, airy text, that she could feel comfortable updating on her own. It was such a pleasure to give her the web presence she deserves!
Coral Clarke
Coral Clarke is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who helps people approach nutrition as if their life depends on it—because it does. When Coral contacted me, she had just decided to strike out on her own. She needed a website that would outline her services, clearly list the insurance plans she accepts, and allow patients to easily schedule appointments through a HIPAA-compliant platform. I was proud to give her the web presence she deserved.
